All round disappointed.They had a month to install with the keys to an empty flat, and they did not complete on time, used unreliable subcontractors who left the place a mess.Had to pay for a contractor out of my own pocket to sort out the floors so we could move in.

Ed's years of experience in the carpet trade are evident. He delivers a first class professional service and stocks a great range of styles & quality products at a competitive price. He went above and beyond in providing (and delivering!) samples for us to try at home and giving advice. His fitter Jake did a first-rate, skilled job fitting stripes into an old house with slightly wonky walls! Great communication throughout from Ed and a thoroughly nice chap to boot - wouldn't hesitate to recommend. #supportlocalbusinesses

The service from Edward James Flooring has been truly excellent and exceeded all our expectations. From the first visit to the shop, it was clear that Ed was both experienced and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to understand our needs and helped us with the choice of carpet. Communication has been very good throughout and the fitting has been first class. The final results are amazing - all the rooms that have been carpeted look so nice and luxurious! We are very happy customers and couldn't recommend Ed and his team highly enough.

Just had my hall, porch & lounge capetted by Edward James flooring. From measuring, ordering and fitting the service has been excellent. A very professional service at a very competitive price. 10/10! We had our living room, stairs, landing and three bedrooms carpeted and we absolutely love it! Can’t fault the workmanship, they did an amazing job and although there was a delay with supply they met all of our needs and requirements and went above and beyond! Thank you Ed and team! We would highly highly recommend! Fantastic efforts!

Edward has just finished carpeting my lounge and dining room. He did a fantastic job. He went above and beyond.he also re did the flooring in the kitchen again another excellent job. Would totally recommend him. Reliable and very professional.
