If I could give this place minus stars I would. The negative reviews here are completely accurate - if you've been unofficially diagnosed with neurodivergence, only come here if you want them to undiagnose you. They certainly put budgets before people. The focus on my finances on my assessment was unnerving - something which for a diagnosis should be irrelevant. I could be a millionaire and that wouldn't change the fact I have ADHD. It sounds suspiciously like they’re wanting to write people off who might be in a position to seek help privately. The condescension I sensed when they suggested my anti-depressants might take care of these problems if I give them enough time" was appalling. Showed complete lack of understanding for neurodivergence as a whole. Even after I insisted that having my anxiety under control had heightened ADHD traits

Terrible- waiting lists take for ever, the staff have limited knowledge of mental health conditions other than depression& anxiety. Made me worse and i tried with them twice

Would give zero if possible. Negligent and put budgets before those they are entrusted to care for with dire/fatal consequences. Dr Accuse's name could not be more apt.

I can agree with all of the other negative reviews. If your GP refers you here, ask to be referred somewhere else.Review update 10 months later: I had to go private for the diagnosis of something they said I didn't have.

I spent ten years waiting for DBT, I got it last year and it lasted two sessions before the therapist disappeared, I'm still waiting for a follow up appointment nearly a year later, unfortunately if you are a white working class male, these people couldn't care less. I have been fighting my mental illness for 30 years but these people do not want to know. Everyone I know who has used this service say it's great, I, on the other hand, have had nothing but derision and bad advice. No therapy despite a diagnosis in 2003. Please do not use these people they will make you worse.

They don't even know how to answer the phone. Very unclear instructions of next steps. Very confusing!

Anti semitism is rife here. And the complaints team refuse to deal with it. Special shout out to Lara in complaints who does nothing but oddly tells you (in front of others present) she watches you on social media. (Now if that ain't weird what is).Be very careful with these people.Last year I was verbally assaulted by a nurse called Abi.I raised it with the service line lead who tried to cover it up.There was a dr" there also called Sarah who tried to cover it up despite her duty of care to have reported it.So I took it to the NMC and they did a formal investigation. They concluded it after a year condemning the nurses behaviour as "rude and uncaring".I sought again to speak to the service line lead and Dr and they refused. Both breaching their duty of care and candour. So the message is be careful who you trust there. The good staff left and there are people covering up inappropriate behaviour by their colleagues and refusing to follow nhs protocol."

Refuse to treat sick people even when refereed urgently by a doctor waits till you cant take any more then gets you arrested got an independent assessment which totally contradicted their in house psychiatrists so feel they make up diagnosis to suit and un diagnose in some cases unless under their care wont support you even when suicidal not fully qualified staff manning the phones should all be classed as criminal themselves and constantly refer to MIND mental health seems the only illness that you instantly get refereed to a charity with and discriminate management
