Recently got stationed overseas and Matt Moles made the entire car buying a very smooth process. Without even stepping foot into the UK he got everything set up just via email with me while I was still in the states. Really enjoyed the entire Audi buying experience with Matt. He helped us with as many test drives as we wanted, gave us specs and advice for every model we were considering, and helped us customize the model we selected. Worst car buying experience of my life! Took my unsafe trade and was supposed to scrap it. Instead it was flipped and someone is driving around in that old deathtrap. The car I bought was nothing but problems, despite multiple assurances it was fixed. Also, the company refused to take the vehicle back even though it was the law and they will do nothing but lie to you! Go elsewhere!!!
