Cannot praise East Links enough especially Russell. Russell has been an absolute rock of support in finding tenants for my property and guiding the sale of my property over the last 2 years. What I appreciate most is the complete honesty and integrity that he stands by and the fact that he leads viewings himself, with full knowledge of the property he is letting or selling. I cannot recommend Russell and East Links enough.

Stay away from EastLinks. Staff are rude and on inspection never write down about issues within the property rented.They will do there up most to not give you back your deposit.There using own builders who are family relations. And not registered for VAT. The builders give a quote for repairs. The invoice is 3 times higher. EastLinks keep your deposit. Take as many photos. Don't have your hard earned money taken away from you. Crooks. Avoid at all cost to yourself. WARNING

We have been using Russell at East links for a while now his attention to detail is second to none we have build a great relationship with him to the extend where he now looks after a large property portfolio for us .The whole service from the company is outstanding and they have already rebooked all our student lets for next year as well as finding a new tenant for our Wivenhoe property.
