Lovely place, great staff .

Beechwood for me has its own unique homely environment that when you enter the home you will feel the positive vibes that all the staff have. From the managers down to the team leaders, care assistants, housekeeping and kitchen staff. Everyone is professional and worked as a team. Ive been working here for almost 7 months already and so far this is one of the best care home that Ive worked with. Cleanliness and orderliness were always there. The ambiance of the house was perfectly made for our residents to feel that they are safe and its like their own home.

We have nothing but extremely high praise for The Beechwood staff and the home as a whole . We been associated with Beechwood for almost 10 years with both parents being residents there and we have never had any concerns regarding the level of care . As with many homes they are sometimes short staffed but they do there utmost to ensure the level of care is least affected by this . Best care home friendly helpful always happy to see you ❤️

I joined Beechwood at the end of March 23 as a Team leader. I felt instantly excepted and welcomed in the home. Beechwood staff are like a little family, the care staff pull together, appear to have great knowledge in their roles, deliver outstanding care to the residents which noticeable in the residents it's self and nothing ever appears to much. The care staff are without fail kind, caring, professional and very dedicated, not only with the residents but with the families of the residents. The care staff are very respectful, polite and inclusive. The management team are very approachable, understanding, have a great sense of humour, very helpful and uplifting through tough times. No questions go unanswered.I wish I had joined Beechwood much sooner as I feel very settled and very much enjoy my role.

I have been a team leader for 6 months and from the time I first walked in for my interview the home just embarrassed me it has such a special feel to it, the staff most of which have been there for years are fantastic it’s like a big happy family, The residents are happy and so well looked after .

I have had the pleasure of working at Beechwood Care Home and I can confidently say it is one of the best places I have ever ever worked. The staff are friendly and genuinely good hearted individuals who make coming to work a joy.Our Managers and Team Leaders plays a significant role in creating such a positive atmosphere . Their leadership style fosters a sense of trust and teamwork, allowing us to feel valued and appreciated .

I joined Beechwood as a carer, I am enjoying every moment and each day I am there.The management and all staff are amazing, the facilities and care that the residents receive is phenomenal. Everyone who works their ensures they give each resident outstanding care, you can see this just by how happy they all are. Great team, brilliant home! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I started at Beechwood not long ago and instantly i noticed the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful! Everyone is so lovely and has made my experience so far amazing. The staff are very respectful, approachable, funny and supportive. I have learnt so much in as little as a couple weeks and im exited to see what the future will bring!
