If I could give an even worse review I would. I bought an approved second hand car from these guys. In my first week of owning it I’ve had problems. Problems with the gearbox and had the car looked over by another garage and they tell me the brake discs have gone and even worse the car brake pads are 95% worn. I spoke to them and they tell me the car was Mot 1 week before I picked it up. How can the car pass an mot in such dangerous condition. Even if the brake pads and discs where on an advisory I would have asked for them to be repaired before I bought the car. They told me there was no advisory. I’ve had the car checked professionally and have been told they should have been an advisory 100%. They have offered to do the brake pads as a good will gesture but want me to drive from Kent to wales to have them done. I told them no as it’s to far. I got a quote from a local garage for the cost of £180 the garage have said no!!! Apparently they don’t want another technician doing there shoddy work!!!! Stay away the cars are taken in as part exchange and put on the four court without even checking to see if the are dangerous or not. I’ve now got the ombudsman involved. Their answer to me was you bought a second hand car!!! Keep away. They think that’s the end of it but I assure you it’s not. I’ve been done out of £16000 . Also take a look at their other reviews one is almost the same as this one…. It amazes me that they respond to poor reviews but not this one. I wonder why!!?? . They also told me they sent the car to a third party for mot’s. Yet they advertise on their website they have an mot station!!!! They are an absolute joke of a dealership….

Went for my 1st year service. Listened to all my concerns and ensured everything was checked out. The service itself was pretty quick and there was a work desk there where I could carry on working on my laptop while I waited. They were fab and brought me coffees and there were also biscuits to have. Staff were all super lovely.

I have recently taken delivery of my first Mazda, an MX5 RF. I am very pleased with the car to date. I was very impressed by the car buying experience and the Sales Executive, Craig, looked after me very well. I would recommend Newport Mazda to anyone thinking of buying a new or used Mazda.

I had an issue with the Battery on my Mazda 3 today 18/07/23.The support from the team at Mazda Newport was first class, especially Matthew, who was very professional and knowledgeable.I was asked if I would like a drinkseveral times during my wait.I highly recommend Mazda Newport and their fantastic team. Excellent customer service, at what could of been a very stressful time .It is our second Mazda vehicle and we will definitely be looking to buy another one later in the year.A massive thank you to Matthew and all the team

Great service from Craig. Thank you for your help. No pressure to buy but he was always on hand to help answer questions. Immaculately presented second hand fiesta purchased. Lovely little gift gratefully received after purchasing the car too. Thank you so much. My son loves his car.
