Lily's is amazing! All the staff do fantastic manicures and pedicures and are so friendly. Shellac lasts for three weeks too.

Great place. Spotlessly clean. Easy to make an appointment. Lots of polish colour selections. Lily was great. Very thorough.

AWFUL !!! Do not go there. I paid to have my acrylics removed as they were short staffed they rushed and did not remove the product off my nail properly. When I challenged this they refused to listen. This has happened twice as I have given them the benefit of the doubt and thought the first time may have been due to the product I had. However how hard is it to remove acrylic ?? They have damaged my nails. My nails are in pain and extremely sensitive. Do not go here, they charge the same as everywhere else so why waste your money on poor service and quality of work ??

Came here a few weeks ago-I had shellac with no manicure and it was ok but not the greatest. Painting skills weren't all that compared to other shops I've been to as they used the acetone and brush to clean up edges every time they painted but it got the job done. Prices are slightly high, maybe an average of £5-10 more for each service compared to some other shops I've seen. The atmosphere was alright and the shop was from what I can see was clean. Little bit shabby as they used tissue paper roll wrapped in plastic as hand rest but again it gets the job done. These are my nails approximately 2 weeks after I've had them.

They take so much care with cuticle and nail prep, my nails have never looked better. They also have a great selection of Biosculpture Gel (although more nude colours would be nice too!). Very reasonable prices - I don’t go anywhere else to have my nails done!

110% quality and at £40 for a mani and pedi. I’ve been going to Lily’s for about 5 years. Hands down one of the best places to go. Great quality service and attention to detail.The owners are lovely. Call and book ahead because they do get booked up. All round hidden gem in central London. Been to lots of places in the mean time for hens and other events but nowhere does it as well as Lily’s.
