Went to get my first financed car unsure about what I was doing. Babs, Jaz and Mark were a phenomenal help in explaining everything to me so that I understood perfectly. They were extremely friendly and helpful! Not only did I leave with the perfect red fiesta car that had been all checked over… but a new cat friend called lady gaga! Would 100% recommend M&A automotive to anyone. If it was not for their honesty and friendliness I would not have my dream car. Thank you all!!

Absolutely loved my experience!! Mark was ridiculously helpful from the beginning.went over everything in detail about my wee car. Nothing was too much trouble. Even offered us a lift from the train station! I was dreading picking up my car because of my anxiety but I was put straight to ease and it was really enjoyable picking up my first car! I will definitely be back for my next one!!

I bought a car for learning to drive in, not long ago from here. I was a bit anxious because I bought a car from a garage in Glasgow years ago that had everything wrong with it. They knew I had no experience and took the Mickey out of me. The car bought from M&A however, was an excellent wee smart car with no problems at all. They knew I couldn’t drive yet and they were very helpful - no monkey business. The staff are very honest and trustworthy. If there’s anything you aren’t sure about, just ask. They wont make you feel daft. They’re very genuine. I’d highly recommend buying your 1st car from here. I’ll be back in a couple of years for something bigger.

Brought a car with them. It started giving issues within a month of time. No body picks the call when you try to get any help. If you go to the site and ask them to fix the issues detected. They either tell you to leave it for few days and they would get back once it’s done with no proper due date or they would deny doing it saying no parts available.Would not recommend. Not trust worthy.

I can’t thank yous all enough the happiness you have brought to our wee family by getting our wee car all ready for us as soon as possible for us. First time buyers and I will definitely be back in the future and will be telling all my family and friends about yous. Babs was fantastic and the most friendly person helped us with everything and made sure we were looked after definitely an amazing person. A Disastrous Experience with M&A Automotive – Buyer Beware!I am compelled to share my utterly exasperating experience with M&A Automotive, a dealership that left me grappling with both regret and frustration. From the outset, their promises sounded too good to be true, and unfortunately, reality proved my skepticism justified.Upon purchasing a vehicle from M&A Automotive, I quickly discovered that their commitment to quality was nothing more than a façade. Within a mere two days, the radio system revealed itself to be faulty, and despite my attempts to seek resolution, the dealership shamelessly shrugged off any responsibility.As if that weren't enough, the nightmare continued to unfold over the next five months. Seeking multiple opinions from reputable garages, each confirmed what I had suspected all along – M&A Automotive had undeniably sold me a lemon. The extent of the issues with the car, as diagnosed by three separate professionals, far exceeded any reasonable expectation for a vehicle purchased just months prior.Fast forward six months, and the situation reached an infuriating climax. I was provided with quotes for necessary repairs that far surpassed the initial value of the car. M&A Automotive had not only peddled a defective vehicle but also conveniently neglected to fulfill their basic responsibilities. The paperwork, including the V5, was egregiously mishandled, leaving me to grapple with the consequences of their negligence.In conclusion, my experience with M&A Automotive has been nothing short of a financial and emotional catastrophe. I implore anyone considering a transaction with this dealership to exercise the utmost caution. The allure of their promises may be tempting, but the aftermath is a bitter pill to swallow. This review serves as both a cautionary tale and a fervent warning – buyer beware when dealing with M&A Automotive.

I do not recommend buying a car here. In mid-April I bought a Vauxhall Corsa 1.4 with a damaged automatic gearbox and non-working air conditioning, although the advertisement stated that the car was fully functional. At present, the case is handled by an attorney. I strongly abhor it, unless someone likes going to court for trials. Please check the car thoroughly before buying!

Their attention to detail and my satisfaction was unparalleled- going above and beyond in every aspect!I were so surprised due to my working hours that M&A Automotive even took their time to deliver my vehicle to me! I couldn’t be more happy with the service provided by Mark and Babs on the day. I came without a vehicle and left with one that I could not be more happy with. Excellent, friendly and helpful. After an extremely stressful train journey to get there ( I was coming from Aberdeen). I was welcomed by a friendly, efficient, lady. Was offered a coffee and shown the car. After sorting out the paperwork herself and a gentleman answered all my questions, and offered directions to get to the nearest petrol station. Lovely car, very pleased with it. I would definitely go back here in the future. Cannot praise and thank them enough.
