The worst chemist in my area people rely on the medication and u lot can't be bothered picking it up changing chemist on Monday needs shutting down

this chemist is the worst one I've ever used and for the past 3 months you can never ever get an answer on the phone they just seem to ignore you and I've had family and friends complaining of the same problems its understaffed and I've had to come back for certain medication a lot because they've ran out I think I will be changing chemist as have my friends and family!

Wouldnt even give it one star Chemist is rubbish they pick and choose who they are giving medication to also refusing to serve customers and keeping hold off percribtions and refusing to give back

i am really disgusted with you, on the website it says you close at 2 0 clock sat, i went to pick the rest of my sons prescription up, because you did not have it in the day before, and the it was 10 to 1 and the woman refused to give me it because she was going home, so it left my son without his prescription.i was told to come after 11 on sat, nobody told me what time you shut, i dont think its right to leave somebody without something they need.

In the past I've never had a bad word to say about Roland's Pharmacy BUT since using their services alot more I've come to realise they NEVER answer the phone EVER. It's common decency to answer a call even if it's just to say SORRY we quite busy at the moment could you ring back.

Shocking customer service (not all the staff) send texts to say your medication is ready for collection and when you arrive tell you it’s not. In the past they have blamed the doctors for prescriptions not being ready on time. Also In the past I have been charged full prescription price for an item which was available over the counter I only found this out when a relief pharmacist advised me, so paid triple the price for 2 x 6 months sets meds. I have changed to another chemist and am hoping husband will too.

Charged me £8 for a tiny 50mil bottle of sunscreen. Boost sell the same one 200mil for £6

Great chemist, always seen to promptly. They really maintained social distancing through covid too, allowing just one customer in at a time, which was very reassuring
