I turned up needing tiling materials at 7.30 on Mondays Bank Holiday forgetting that they didn't open till 9 on Bank Holidays. I was let into store and got served at 7.30 which was fantastic of them. Great management and staff with a great knowledge of tiling products

Shabby looking shop, barely anything in stock, and I had to save my young children from being run down by a staff member riding around the store on a pallet-truck. Couldn't give me advice on the tiles I was looking at, and I seemed to be disrupting the staff playtime by being there. I would avoid this store completely.

Went in, knew nothing about tiles nor tiling. Junior (looking) staff helped me out, told me what I needed and provided me with some guidance. Week later, I had tiled my own kitchen. Shop looks a bit 'shabby' but it sells tiles, so what did I expect. Regardless, appreciated store staff and service.

Very happy with my tiles and the range of grouting available. The staff here have been absolutely brilliant - they were able to recommend tilers, helped me with the boxes and were really understanding and helpful during an awkward return of some of them. Would buy here again!

Went here to first look for tiles, the customer service here is excellent. The lady spoke to me and mother clearly and respectfully and gave us ideas and even helped us decide on the wall and floor grout and even the tile trim, we went back a week later and made a full order, highly recommend this store.

The tattooed lady (I'm sorry I can't remember your name) was absolutely fantastic. I had a big list items needed and we worked through it together. She had excellent product knowledge and was able to advise on grout colour too. She found everything I needed really efficiently and help load it all into the back of my truck. A totally stress free visit. Would definitely recommend!

Lauren and the tattooed lad gave first rate service and helped me with selecting tiles, estimating the correct amount needed both for the tiles and the grount and gave me good service for the interest free payment option.Highly recommended
