Excellent professional service from Woods Surveyors. Office staff were friendly, efficient and extremely helpful at all times. The level 3 survey was completed promptly, and Steve Woodhouse’s survey report was exceptionally comprehensive and detailed. He explained everything we had questions about very clearly in a subsequent phone call and I cannot think of anything more he could have done to help us understand the condition of the house in question. I am extremely grateful to him and everyone else at Woods and would not hesitate to use their services again or to recommend them to others.

I consider using Woods for my house survey and valuation a good investment. The inspection was thorough and unobtrusive, the report clear and comprehensive. The customer service was excellent from the start.

Although I do feel that the survey was thorough, I have had better communication from other surveyors recently. Other surveyors have contacted me prior to attending the property and asked if there were any last questions or area of concerns, which was pleasing as a customer. However no such communication occurred from this surveyor. Other surveyors also told the customer that the survey had actually happened and was now complete, again the communication was lacking in this respect. The actual survey was comprehensive, although from past survey reports it was nice to see photos of problem areas identified, however these were also lacking or the surveyor didn’t feel they were necessary. As a customer I would of liked to have seen some photographs.After speaking to the surveyor and an updated survey report being issued all of my questions have now been answered. The survey was completed throughly and the added photos definitely helped clarify the issues that were reported on in the report. The surveyor was able to address all my concerns and also advised me on the most cost effective way to go about addressing the problems he had identified. Thank you Steve.

As first time buyers, this process can be a bit stressful but Woods Surveyors made it a lot easier for us. First, before deciding which company would carry out our survey, we contacted a few local ones but the communication with Woods was always spot on. They even recommended us which level of survey was the most suitable for the house. Finally we decided we wanted Woods to do our survey and in the meantime they were always happy to answer doubts and take notes for the person who would visit the property. In our case, it was Gary. He even phoned me after he inspected the property to speak about what he found. He also sent us the report the following day.We would highly recommend Woods Surveyors to anyone in the process of getting a property, especially if you are a first time buyer as the phonecall after visiting the property does help and makes you feel calmer.Thank you

Woods were incredibly professional throughout our survey process. Steve spoke to me after the survey, clearly explaining every issue he found. He certainly is very experienced with this. His report was exceptionally thorough and it gave us the confidence to negotiate a reasonable discount from our original offer price on the house we're buying. The administrative team were also some of the most professional ladies I've ever dealt with, I'm very impressed!

Although my needs weren't able to be fulfilled by woods surveyors, there customer service and good will was very well received. They were quick to respond, supported me with my request and helped me with the most appropriate outcome. I may use them in the future for my surveying needs.

Great experience working with Woods Surveyors. A very professional service, Nick kept me updated at all times, and the report was delivered within 5 business days. I got the benefit of two experienced surveyors looking at the property we are purchasing, and Nick took the time to meet me after the survey to explain everything in layman terms.
