I just had a sports Massage from Danielle, to sort out a shoulder issue I was having. I found her very knowledgeable and felt in safe hands. She told me what was wrong and I left with a couple of exercises to help me move towards recovery.

I’ve been treated here for several years now and it’s become vital for my sports recovery. Danielle has helped with injuries and general maintenance, enabling me to advance to full marathon distance and significantly improve all my distance times.

I had a 30 minute sports massage with Danielle targeting my back as I’ve had a lot of tightness there. It was really good and get much looser after. Definitely going to revisit. She is very easy to talk to and is friendly and welcoming.

Had an hours Assisted Stretch Therapy session with Dani Tuesday morning. Felt amazing! She really worked on my hips as they were tight.It must have worked as I scored my best golf that same evening! I'll be back again soon for more

At the beginning of 2019, I had a prolapsed L4/5 disc causing severe sciatic. I started working with Danielle on a 1:1 basis for Strength & Conditioning, also massage therapy. So far, I’m 90% recovered, it’s been a slow journey but with Danielle, you get all the P’s, punctual, professional, patient and progressive. The 1:1’s have enabled me to take up running again and now I run 10-15k per week. Her clinic is my go to and now with Brad on the team, you get the best. She runs Strength & Conditioning classes and also, Olympic Lifting Classes.. I can always park near the studio and it’s easy to find but if you’re not sure, the directions are on the website. I cannot recommend Body Health Clinic enough. Thanks Danielle & Brad.

Visiting here on a Sunday was very straight forward, there is parking directly outside the door of the premises. On entering the clinic there is a small waiting area and WC, which leads then into the treatment room. The Clinic is well kept and very fit for purpose. Danielle is who carried out our sports massage treatments, did so with great professionalism throughout, whilst being very social, supportive and informative. I would recommend the Clinic and Danielle to anyone seeking effective therapeutic treatments of this kind without hesitation.

Wide range of services, very knowledgable practitioner. Treatments are always personalised and effective and rehabilitation exercises are always given - now a regular session is part of my routine maintenance!!

Danielle was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and made sure I was ok throughout the whole massage. I've had tightness in my upper back for some time so thought I'd try a sports massage. It really helped with both my tightness and the pain it was causing. I'll definitely return here again.
