Promises to repair items before move in, and then the chasing begins.2 weeks no functioning boiler for showers during a heatwave with a babyBroken floorboardsWindows that don’t close all winterDoors that cannot be shutMould.. the list is endless.They also have no problem randomly letting themselves into the property repair items unauthorised. Tried to make us pay extra rent as they forgot to arrange check out clerk. Their maintenance people are rude and their maintenance leads made, what you could class as racist comments on the phone about their Asian maintenance staff.Glad to no longer having to keep a log of endless, mostly ignored emails!

Absolute scum of the earth. They rented out a property to us promising repairs would be done prior to the move - none was done.They said the property would be professionally cleaned - it wasn't.They said they'd repair any issues within reason - they left us 2 weeks without hot water.Now they say we weren't their customers! Interesting as the 30+ emails between me, Ashleigh (the rudest person I've ever met) and Darren discussing the issues must be a complete fabrication!
