BMC Cheltenam

I first rang BMC in desperation because my local Volvo specialist was not only expensive but ridiculously unhelpful. The service record book showed that BMC had serviced my car for a number of years long before I took ownership of it.On the off chance BMC might be more approachable I gave them a call despite the fact that they are over an hours drive away from where I live.They were so helpful. Ben and Chris immediately demonstrated their knowledge and expertise giving me the confidence that it was worth driving the distance to get them to do the work. They knew exactly what the problem was not needing to charge me extra diagnostic fees before they even got close to solving the problem.They were not only vastly cheaper but they did a fantastic job as corroborated by my local garage who looks after the general maintenance of the vehicle. Despite it being a tougher job than they expected they charged me exactly what they quoted. I had a loan car for the day as well which was a real blessing considering how far away I was from home.Later another issue arose and my local garage gave them a call to see if they had any ideas. Again, they were extraordinarily helpful. As my local garage says specialists like this are like gold dust.Ben and Chris are not only knowledgable but are efficient and clearly good humoured too I can’t thank them enough for being straight and easy to deal with. Many garage owners and mechanics drag the profession into the mud. These two bring it back into the realms of honesty and reliability. Definitely gold.
