Excellent service - HSH initially came to the house to discuss options and the service we required. Any queries or emails we have sent have been quickly replied to with a solution. My mother is delighted with her cleaner and the costs are clear and reasonable. BIG thumbs up

I’ve to do half of the work because the cleaner came two hours and a half later after the appointment scheduled.The plan was to clean a kitchen in three hours ( covers in/out, drawers, wash machine, oven, fridge an extractor fan), the cleaner left three hours later and the drawers were not done, the covers were not done and the wash machine wasn’t done.So I’ve paid the full amount for half of the work.Not recommend at all.

Would not recommend.Cleaner was requested for a deep clean and only ended up working 3hrs 20 minutes and missed numerous spots. They did not bring equipment to clean the oven despite this being specified and failed to clean under areas of furniture.

We used HSH for about 10 months, they have been brilliant. We had an issue with a cleaner when we first started, but they sent us a replacement right away and all was fine since then (maybe just need to vet certain cleaners first!). Margaret was our cleaner for the majority and she was great, and when she went on leave after an operation we got Linda who was brilliant! We would reccomend them 100%!

Highly recommend. Ana has always provided good communication, and makes sure I'm happy with everything. In particular, Kirsty is brilliant at cleaning and clearly cares about doing a good job. I fully trust her to clean when I'm not at home and rates are very reasonable.

Can't recommend Home Sweet Home enough. I have a weekly clean with the lovely Agata, who leaves my little flat sparkling! I have a really difficult day job and knowing that I can rely on someone to keep my place clean really makes a world of difference.

I love the cleaning service I get from Home Sweet Home. My current cleaner Eva is the best cleaner I ever had. She does the work perfectly and is friendly and reliable.Ana and Ross at HSH are super nice too. The fee and cleaning rate is good value for money and Ana and Ross are always quick to find a substitue cleaner if mine can't make it or had left. One of my previous cleaners broke an expensive coffee jar and HSH replaced it for me. Overall, super happy with the service!

We use Home Sweet Home Cleaning here at our office. We have had a number of cleaners and a few have not been very good. When we have asked for a new cleaner they have listened and sent a new one. Our latest cleaner Lisa is great! Love her! We hope she never leaves!

Couldn’t recommend Home Sweet Home enough! We had previously been done over with a gumtree ad, came took the money and didn’t clean ended up getting new locks to be safe so we were dubious about going to another place. HSH have been nothing but professional, helpful and friendly since the get go. Our cleaner is brilliant and has taken a lot of stress from our lives.
