From the very first telephone call, everything was handled professionally and sensitively at what was a really hard time. On behalf of my family, we will always be grateful that we were able to fulfil our loved ones finally wishes by having his final journey in the London bus. We live in Hampshire so everything could have been very difficult given that we were told the official documents usually take several days to process, but with Jackie's help and advice we managed to get everything we needed organised within 2 days. The funeral went smoothly and as my auntie would have wanted.

I just want to say that A W Lymn have dealt with the recent death of my loved one with compassion and professionalism. Jackie at the Shirebrook office has been absolutely brilliant and meticulous in her attention to detail. Andrew, in control of events on the day was nothing short of the ultimate professional. Immaculate in turn out and having the human touch so needed during a very distressful and bewildering time. I would recommend their services to anyone.
