Parlour Cafe
Took our friends and thier dog but beware although the cafe is dog friendly it,s only in the original building and not the new one! Nevertheless, we had a lovely time and it was less busy in the doggie part but with the same lovely atmosphere of the original cafe.

The Parlour Cafe is a wonderful cafe situated in a perfect area to walk your dog. The quality of breakfast is high and their iced frappes are unreal. They have a nice garden area to play in for dogs and kids. Staff were super friendly. Highly recommend

Visited on Easter Monday. People I went with had good things to say, so had high expectations. Maybe just because they were so busy, it was a bit of a let down. The coffee wasn't great and the cake average. Didn't eat a meal although the menu looked interesting. Maybe the cooked food would have been better.Otherwise lots of parking and space for kids to run around.

The service was good and it's a nice building but the food was sub standard, we had chips where they were burnt on the outside and raw on the inside, the drinks were very nice though and it's in a nice setting with plenty of parking

Its okay. Pricey for what you get but the atmosphere is lovely and the grounds are beautiful. Just be aware it's a dog friendly cafe so if you don't mind mud and damp dog smell then go for it. If you're sensitive to that, keep it in mind.

Above average for what can be expected in the UK these days. They serve a fairly decent sausage and real butter, but for the price I would have preferred fresh bread. Instead they serve the usual rubbish you find in a hovis bag full of poor ingredients.Quite expensive but an above average breakfast.
