Went first thing to avoid the busy times. Staff not very helpful. Customers couldn't reach to get something from the top ask the girl on the till she just said OK. A while later the lady came back and told the staff they managed themselves. Attitude issues no customer service.

I hate B&M, go here for 1 thing. Come out with a bag full. Shelfs always full and clean, staff very helpful.

Great deals. Massive shop but puzzling layout had a wander for the till but more signposting for tills would be recommended. If disabled more narrow gaps would be tricky and the layout more taxing.

Amazing store I didn't realise how BIG it was. I ran out of time but will be going back soon for a good look. But I did get a couple of nice treats for the animals.

One of the bigger stores, just when you think it's the end there is another floor! it's got everything you would expect from B&M and more. Really like going here, although I always spend far too much money. Staff are helpful and it's not massively expensive.

I always find this store never has enough staff on the tills. Queues down the ailes, constant tannoy requests for staff and it's like they hide and when they do arrive, so much attitude on them.Store itself is pretty decent... If you can get down the ailes on the lower part of the store!!
