An extensive store with a huge range of DIY supplies in stock. I visited to get some garden lights and purchased two. The till operator was cheerful and efficient.

Looks on the verge of closing down with many categories having heavy discounts applied. There’s clearly a good bargain to be had however most of the high discounts are on items you’d never need so don’t be fooled. Big store and nice upstairs area just check you can bring stuff back particularly if it’s closing down.

Click and collect order. Staff looked and were miserable, not a pleasantry to be exchanged. I obviously disturbed their conversation, thinking that they worked there! A cheery 'Good morning' greeting was met with a stone face. Clearly not a good morning for some!My order was apparently in the warehouse, so a staff member begrudgingly went off to collect it and on return, vaguely pushed the item and trolley in my direction saying 'Is this yours?' before walking off. It was a fairly big item and I didn't even get a chance to ask for any assistance.The store itself looks grim and dirty, not had any refurb in a long, long time. Looks like its close to closing, although wouldn't be surprising with delightful staff like that! Avoid!

This store has recently had a refit inside. It is now very organised compared to what it used to be like. There is a new little kitchen department and some great displays on their Garden furniture area. The garden centre was well stocked with some lovely plants. Nice friendly staff as well who were helpful with my questions.
