We are over the moon with the job Graeme and the team completed. We got our loft floored, shelved and a ladder added. The work is to a high standard, the wood used is solid and sturdy. The work was carried out in good timing. Graeme is super transparent and was able to tell us exactly what he recommended. Really professional, experienced and knowledgeable. I moved into a new house and I was unable to access the loft. I arrange for companies to quote for a new loft hatch and boarding. Michael came to assess the loft and made suggestions to add extra shelving in the eaves to give added storage. Michael was very professional and clearly knows his trade. The price was good and slightly cheaper than an other company. The work was carried out by John, who was also professional and helpful. John made me aware that squirrels had been in the loft, he also helped remove a large pile of junk. I had a large water tank in the loft which was removed, giving much more space. The loft was insulated, boarded and a light put in, along with a pvc loft hatch and ladders. John slowed me how to use the ladders safely. I'd definitely suggest Access4lofts, the service is brilliant and well priced.

I found the whole experience professional and effortless. Graeme called and arranged a visit and guided me through the process and design of his hatch and ladder solution. He took all relevant sizes and put a quote together and sent it that day. After accepting his quote he quickly arranged a date to install the new hatch and ladder set. The quality of the installation was excellent and the parts are of excellent quality. They completed the job in half a day cleaned up afterwards and left our house as the found it.
