Needed t-shirts quickly for a client as my usual supplier fell through. Explained this to Gail and I had my delivery in my hands the following day before noon. Great customer service, will be using them from now on. Thanks again Gail.

Absolutely awful experience with Cottonprint. Terrible product, and when trying to contact them to ask to send the t-shirts I ordered back, it was virtually impossible to contact them. I called their phone number a whopping 50+ times without any answer whatsoever over the course of 10 days. Several emails later and I still haven’t got resolution for my issue. This is despicable, some of us are trying to run businesses here. Do not buy, and if you do, prepare to be scammed.

I have had a great service from Cottonprint. They gave good advice and assisted with our design requirements. Great value for money and the polo shirts we purchased were of good quality. Will definitely continue to use Cottonprint.

Richard and the team were really helpful when I was ordering caps and t-shirts for junior cricket players at North East Cheshire CC. We had a great service and cost. Thanks all at Cottonprint!

I have had the worst experience with these guys. It has been weeks since ordering and they are not responding to any of our several emails and phone calls. Their opening hours say 10-5 weekdays.We are a small business and rely on companies for their professionalism, especially at times like these. We have had to order elsewhere to be able to meet deadlines. I feel offended and upset at the way this has been handled and I wouldn't recommend them.There are plenty of other fantastic companies at better prices, who will be able to help you and who deserve the business.

Gail and her team at Cottonprint are great. I have used Cottonprint for some garment supplies over 6 years now (if I remember correctly) and have always found them friendly and very helpful. They are always a line away if I've ever got any queries and their delivery turnaround is always on point every time. I have always received my good on time as per stated on their website. In normal circumstance, my deliveries have always been next day. Also, you definitely have a great variety of clothing and I personally have never had any issues them.Keep up the good work Cottonprint.. I decided to give this company a try as my regular wholesaler was short in stock and I needed new shirts for my business. I ordered on Fr. the 28th of Aug.. Shirts were cheaper, although the postage was £8, but I gave it a go. 4 Days later I received an email, that 3 of 9 items were out of stock (which is annoying when they were in stock on the website and the fact it took 4 days to tell me that) and if I wanted to wait or have a refund. I wanted a refund for those items. A minute later I received an email that was meant for another customer. I messaged them to let them know and a week later they messaged back - oh thanks for letting us know. I was still waiting for my shirts as haven`t received anything. Owning a small business I rely on my suppliers badly!! So, 2.5 weeks after ordering (and paying with paypal) I messaged to ask where my order was and the promised refund for the out of stock items. I´ve been told they were very sorry and would sort it out for me instantly. I got a refund for 3 shirts. Two days later, a single shirt arrived. So I messaged them again, asking where all the other shirts were that I still was waiting for, 3 weeks now after ordering. I was told that the other items were coming from different warehouses and should be with me today". 3 Days ago I received another 3 shirts

Very happy with my order. Ordered 6 t-shirts, which were despatched promptly and delivered within the estimated timeframe (during Postal Strikes too, so that's good doing!) One of the items was picked incorrectly and I rang a couple of times but no answer. I panicked a little after reading some of the reviews, so dropped an email ... this was promptly replied to, and the lady (Gail) advised that another in the correct size would be sent out. This arrived next day unbelievably, and when I asked about returning the incorrectly picked item, Gail suggested I donate it to our local charity shop, which I did (what a lovely gesture!) So why 5 stars? Because mistakes happen, we are human! It's how a company deals with those mistakes that resonates with me, and IMHO I got a 5* service! Thank you very much :)

Please could you reply to our multiple emails and messages or at least answer the phone. We are over £400 in debt to you and you have not fulfilled our order or replied. We would like a refund now or we will be taking legal action. Many thanks.
