Great place for the kids!! Very very clean, spotless in fact! Prices are reasonable too!They do an espresso sized hot chocolate and a muffin for £1.50 for kids which is good!Unfortunately lost a star as the men's toilets were very smelly (spotlessly clean, but just stank) and the hot taps were steaming hot with no warning for users (even the low sink for children) in both men's and women's toilets.Thank you for a great visit

I don’t often write reviews, but I particularly want to praise the young man that works here. (I don’t know his name, tall, thin and blonde. ) I usually go to giggles with my granddaughter who has special needs and this young man is always so kind and thoughtful to her.Everything and everybody else is good too, the place is clean and feels very safe.

Love it here , bit pricy when u don't get a meal deal but it is fantastic and super clean , great for young.kods as well which is normally a problem.we have everywhere else. Staff are genuinely lovely and great with all kids.

We love the new play sessions; it used to get really busy to he point of being too full. Now, it's much more controlled and calmer. Booking is recommended as walk-ins can't be guaranteed.Perfect for kids' parties. Giggles hosted our 5 year old's party. They do everything excluding the cake.Clean, safe, spacious, reasonably priced and helpful staff.

What a gem of a place. The staff are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. Plenty of things for the kids to do. I have to say the food there was fantastic. Well worth the money. Highly recommend a visit.

Great indoor play area with free parking and a good cafe. Lovely staff. The cafe offers good food at very competitive prices. It was about 3/4 full on a sunny Thursday, so popular.

My son loves it, been coming for years, he had a fantastic birthday party here and has been to many friends parties too. Staff all lovely and coffee is delicious. I'm sure my son and many others will have lots of happy memories of giggles when they have grown up. Thank you x

Excellent place. Spotlessly clean and really lovely equipment. Staff very friendly. We took our grandsons aged 7 and 4 and they had a wonderful time. Lovely food too

Been today with the kids wasn't stupidlybusy like most places in the school holidays. It was really clean and all the staff were helpful & pleasant. We had our dinner while we were here. It wasn't expensive and was very nice. I had to pre book on line which was quick & simple.
