WOW,never felt better after a visit to shergills sport's massage. Went with massive lower back pain,explained what the problem was and she knew exactly what to do and was very accommodating to my needs. Can't emphasise enough on how good she was and would recommend her to anyone, thanks again.

Josie provides excellent sports massage therapy. I have lower back pain and Josie has a great understanding of the human anatomy to be able to identify where exactly to provide the treatments. She uses a variety of tools to find the most effective ways to get deep and alleviate the pain. She has a passion in massaging and it shows with her determination and enthusiasm to help her clients. Highly recommended!

The best and most effective sports massage I've ever had! I've had many massages, some of them assist with problems to a small degree. However when I went to Josie my back felt terrible, I couldn't even lift a 5kg weight. After leaving I felt like I could have competed in the Olympics. As well as being technically brilliant Josie had a fantastic energy which made the whole experience far more pleasant, even during painful moments of the therapy.

Josie’s expertise and practical skill set has helped my recovery tremendously. I’m an avid cyclist and was in pain of all sorts. After only one session with Josie, I felt as good as I haven’t in years. Her fire-cupping treatment was spot on and helped identify all of the problematic areas. My legs were unlocked and working again, my back stretched out and no longer tight, my shoulders, arms and hands ready to hold the handlebars for hours on end again. I’m based out of London but would easily drive those 2 hours + north again for another session. Absolutely excellent! Thanks Josie!

I have had a sports massage and the honey rejuvenating facial from Josie. After a full weekend of playing basketball, the massage left me feeling relaxed and helped my body recover quicker.The facial was great, my face has been glowing all week. I could see a reall difference in my skin.Josie was very personable and friendly. She definitely knows her stuff and I would highly recommend her services.

Hi and good evening, I received a deep tissue sport massage, firstly she was very accommodating at seeing me at very short notice on a Sunday. Secondly, she was very attentive, technical and thorough with her examination, plus being customer oriented, overall very professional. Over the years I have had many massage at different centres across Leicestershire, she is now my favourite sport massage therapist.
