Had a disappointing experience at this barbershop with Hans. Rude, uncomfortable atmosphere, and a lack of customer focus. My requests were ignored, and the overall vibe was unwelcoming. Language barriers among staff added to the discomfort. Wouldn't recommend it due to the intense and combative atmosphere.

Have been using this Barber for several years without complaint. Arrived this evening at 5.45pm for my usual cut only to be very rudely scurried away. The Barber is open until 7pm, I made sure of this before visiting, but I was only greeted by an angry member of the team who told me that he needed to eat. Not my usual greeting, so we did end up in an unpleasant exchange and needless to say, I won't be going back. If I had known in advance, I would have take him a cheeseburger.

None of this booking an appointment nonsense turn up and wait your turn. A great hair cut at a reasonable price. And in these days very covid friendly. I can't recommend them highly enough

After my second visit I am still very impressed with the quality of professional services and price.The whole team is extremely friendly and they do a fantastic job.Very welcoming people & good vibes.I strongly recommend The Lodge Barbers to everyone who wants an outstanding haircut/beard trimming from barbers that really take pride in their job and the results.

I visited so many barbers in kent, this one is best by far, Ram is amazing he does the best Low skin fades on long hairs also best with kids fades and scissor cuts . Highly recommended!
