Came Monday - wrong part. Came Tuesday & stripped boiler - wrong part, Didnt reconnect filling loop properly. back 2 days later & fitted part Came home to find leak, can't top up boiler & a part lying on floor. back yesterday & put it back on but broke tap to top up pressure. back today & left saying back tomorow with another part, leaving a leak and without putting hot water back on. Called Hiflow - very rude & hung up then called back saying they would come tomorrow. We said no it's an emergency & she then said it would be tomorrow and she didnt like our attitude. I asked for her name and she refused then hung up. Less than a minute later got a call from anonymous number; a very aggressive male at Hilfow who accused us of using foul & abusive" language - a complete lie - refused to give more detail / listen (wouldnt let me talk at all

Absolutely love the Black Bear as the staff are so lovely and the food is to with their menu changing every few months, it's great to try something new and use my money off vouchers, register for a Beefeater Card and you'll get significant offers throughout the year

Excellent company! Replaced our ageing boiler. Took the time to explain our options and left us to choose which one we wanted. Once we decided they got on with the job quickly, dealt with any issues that arose without fuss, even though some of them were unforeseen. Also took their time to complete safety checks and talk us through the system when it was installed. Its been working without issues for over a month now. Couldn't be happier!

Professional, company with approachable staff. They came when they said they would, they worked as a team, and all work was quality controlled by by a separate member of staff. I had a boiler leak and hiflow came out the same day, the engineer quickly fixed the leak at a very reasonable cost. I would not hesitate to recommend hiflow as I have used hiflow on several occasions before and I always get the same high level of service.
