Nursery and Preschool South Croydon | Fennies Nursery

I will be placing my son into this nursery in a few months time.Having experienced other settings, Fennies offers a variety of events not seen at other nurseries.The building is light and spacious and the staff are very friendly.

Totally disorganised. Was looking to sign up my child to this nursery. At first were told that there are places available as soon as now. After making a visit and declaring I am considering to sign up, I am being told over the phone shortly after, that unfortunately there are no free places until 2017. Explanation was given that mistake was due to IT system errors. Sure enough though I did cancel appointments I had with other nurseries and had to reschedule it all over again - not happy. To make things even more confusing, when I spoke with the nursery again about signing up my other younger child from 2017 - I am being told that Fennies is not accepting applications until 3 months before start date. I was looking to sign up my first child from September to be told that there are no places until 2017 and when I want to secure place for my other one from 2017 I am told that I should wait until 3 months before. Where is the logic here?

Wonderful staff: very welcoming and understanding. They are so supportive as my son is being potty trained. Love the updates in the evening when I pick him up. It's great that they are encouraging friendships. His expressive language has improved. His recognition of letters and numbers has improved. He's excited to go every morning. He's drinking water and enjoying it. He doesn't even ask for juice anymore. The staff are friendly and engaging with the children. Love the inclusion of yoga and French and Spanish. He can count to 4 in French and Spanish. He's only been there a little over 6 months. I love that they take them outside whenever the weather allows. They speak to the children with care and understanding. The food is healthy and my little guy eats all of most of the time. Great nursery!

My daughter Riley has been at Fennies for over a year. I could not feel happier. She absolutely loves all the staff and so do I, they are all so friendly and you can just tell how much they adore all the children! Riley loves telling me about all the fun things she’s been up to. I love the feeling knowing that when I am at work, Riley is there safe, happy and having fun!Amy xx

A brilliant nursery!

Our son has been going to Fennies for almost a year now. He loves it there! It is clear he has lots of fun and his development is well supported and nurtured. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. All the staff know every child. They keep us well informed on his daily progress at pick up and on the nursery app. I would recommend for any parents in the area.

The staff are exceptional and our little boy loves going in every day. We're always kept updated on his day and what he's learnt. Everyone in the team care about the children and it's clear to see.

My daughter has been going here for nearly a year after moving her from a previous nursery which was not what was sold to us. Fennies has been an amazing place for her to grow and I could not be more happier with our decision to place her here. The staff have been incredible at helping and accommodating anything we have needed. Furthermore, my daughter loves going to nursery and we have all seen such a massive difference in her confidence since going to fennies.

We have been very pleased with the quality of care at the nursery. The staff are kind and welcoming and the facilities are great. We couldn't be happier with the quality of childcare and our child loves it there.

Out of all Nurseries we looked at we decided to go with Fennies. I am truly impressed with the care and patience of the staff. Our daughter enjoys her time a lot at the nursery and is always excited to go there. We really thought she would not want us to leave and cry when we drop her off in the morning, but it turns out she loves to play with other children and enjoys all the activities at Fennies. Truly recommended.
