After my third visit to date, i have no doubt that this is the best cafe/coffee shop local to the area. Great service, always welcoming and very knowledgeable. Seems to be a two man team working really efficiently and care when preparing high quality food. Personally being a vegetarian i can vouch for a large selection of meat free/vegan options. VEGAN CHILLI is second to none! And I’ve tried many since becoming vegetarian, i have not found a better jacket potato shop within the east/west midlands. I can not recommend enough and it gives me great pleasure to support a local business like Fingerprint deli cafe!

I recently paid a visit to this deli/cafe with high hopes, only to be met with a cascade of disappointments. The staff, unfortunately, lacked the basic courtesy and warmth you'd expect when dining out. Their demeanor was off-putting, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere that overshadowed the entire experience.The food, sadly, didn't fare any better. The dishes served were far from appetizing, lacking both flavor and finesse. The long wait for the food only amplified the disappointment when it finally arrived, making the whole ordeal even more frustrating.The surroundings were another cause for concern. The lack of hygiene was evident, raising questions about the overall cleanliness and sanitation practices of the establishment. In a time when cleanliness is paramount, such negligence is a red flag.All in all, my experience at this restaurant was a stark reminder that not all eateries live up to expectations. I hope the management takes note and works towards rectifying these issues for a better dining experience in the future.

I had a thoroughly delicious lunch here! Great vegan menu - extensive menu outside the vegan options - we both had a great meal. I had the vegan brekkie and flapjack (both pictured). Family friendly - there are high chairs and a bag of toys. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Next time I'm in Leicester I'll surely visit this cafe again!

Went here for breakfast, eggs were unseasoned and microwaved which for the price is pretty disappointing.The place overall just needs a bit of a refresh. A lot of wear on the walls / skirtings / furniture etc.However service is always quick and the atmosphere is always pleasant.

The air quality and ventilation in this café need an urgent improvement. The smell of oil filled the place, making it impossible to breathe. For the sake of your staff and customers, please do something.Well, the latte I ordered for takeaway was more like coffee flavored milk than coffee with milk added. The sweetness of milk was the first and probably the only thing I tasted.The only thing that lit up this place was the waitress who was so nice and polite.

Fingerprints Delicafe
Great little cafe when you need a quick hot lunch. Loads of options including vegan and vegetarian. The food is quite basic and stuff you can easily put together at home, but when you’re out and about or fancy a treat this place is perfect.
