I would urge you NOT to choose this company. My wife and i wanted a new bedroom with design, furniture, and fitting. The cost was eye watering. They insisted on a heavy deposit before any construction. The whole process was to their agenda not ours. The sales woman was aggressive, intimidating, uncompromising and never listened to our perspective. They were reluctant to listen to any compromise in terms of dates for fittings, stating that the furniture was taking up valuable space in their work shop. They demanded full payment with delivery of the furniture, before they would fit it. They would not accept any other payment plan. The fitting was not as per the plans that they themselves had constructed, resulting in an electrical ceiling alarm call that should have been covered needing to be removed and the ceiling made good.The plans presented to us were misleading, stating that there would be a king size bed within the construct. This did not materialise, the saleswoman stating after the event that this was for illustration only. This meant we had to order a bed separately at extra cost and a two month delivery time, having already got rid of our old bed. The furniture was fitted well, but the quality is not really different to the better high street chains, and I do not feel we got anything like value for money. We wanted to shop local, but won't do it again. We are seeking legal redress for the misleading sales process.
