In my current experince with Student Cribs, I have found a beautiful spacious house. In which I can relax and study in peace. However, even with the best of places, there are always maintainance problems that arise.My heating, stopped working, and in this weather it’s a nightmare and the last thing you need.I emailed Jessica Blake, the manager and she had the handy man Jay out to the property, within 15 minutes. I was extremely impressed by this. Once Jay had arrived, he came and sorted the issue out swiftly. It was all completed from contacting Jess, to Jay sorting out the heating within less than an hour.Always very swift with responses! And definitely on the ball with efficiency! I would highly recommend using student cribs. You won’t be disappointed whatsoever!

Awful service, had mice for half the year. Whenever a problem arisen, contractors came round quickly but normally made the problem much worse or didn't fix the problem at all. Would recommend seriously choosing other tenants.

The person managing this property is great. On the ball, quick to respond and efficient, can't ask for much more.
