I have been buying equipment from Midland Ladder Company Limited for about 8 years now. They are always very helpful, fast to ship and they have a good selection of products. I recommend them to anyone who needs ladders.BertBert's Gutters Edinburgh

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are just a middle man operation for ladder companies. Your order will come from somewhere else. I ordered a set of ladders. They then stated that my order had not gone through online and demanded I contact their offices, then stated that they could not fulfil my order as they had none in stock. Which was a lie since they don't stock any ladders I have now found out. So the order had to be cancelled. Thus I had to order from another company.To my surprise, the next day delivery arrived five days late, even after it had been cancelled. Check credit card statement and they have taken payment. Contacted them, first they stated that I would have to return the ladders at my own cost to LYTE ladder company and then rung back stating that they where refusing to pay for collection and refusing to refund any money. After numerous phone calls and emails, and them blaming me for everything, they eventually agreed to refund money with the ladders went back to LYTE.Don't fall into the trap I did and order from the cheapest online. They are cheap for a reason.

BEWARE - I ordered a fruit picking ladder that said it was 'available for next day delivery' on 30th October 2018 and payment was taken upon order - On 10th December 2018 after failed promises for delivery dates I asked for a refund as I still hadn't received the goods. I received an email say refund would be applied so can't confirm as yet?Pleasant staff to talk to and correspond with but if the product isn't there the price really doesn't matter. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!UPDATE - To be fair to this company, I did receive the refund soon after giving up on getting the ladder. I'd call first and check if the item is available from stock before ordering.

I ordered a set of youngman ladders online, unfortunately they tuned up damaged. After a quick call to a very helpful polite lady called Sue, collection of the damaged ladders and delivery of a new set was arranged. The new set turned up with no problem. The journey to getting my new ladders was a bumpy one but Sue's professional attatude and customer care was great. Things happen from time to time that can't be helped its how a company deals with it that makes it a good company. And they delt with the problem very well.Kind regardsGreig
