Greenbank Medical Practice

The front desk staff is deaf to brown patient's and black patient's and the English lady is very rude toward's patient's and try's to avoid giving appointment'sAnd the staff don't wear I.D Behind a proffesinal field and when want to know they name they run toward's the back and hide saying we don't have to tell you our name.Say's a lot about the un organised English staff and not only happened once but 3rd time going in I'm a patient of sycotic disorder and I really fealt like destroying the place I calmed my self down but it take's so much for someone to deal with such idiot's behind a proffesnial field aswelYou need proper organised polite staff that hold I.D's with full name and picture on itSo we can make complaint's toward's some staff that are not proffesinal at all.

I wish I could give no stars but unfortunately I can’t. Today I ring them for test results been on the phone since 12 and still no joy. This is absolutely disgusting , disgraceful and completely unacceptable. Really not happy

Shockingly bad attitude just had a call from the most i.polite vint ever .Complaint time agaunst that bad mannered cow i think. Horrid attitude

Not a happy bunny. The appointment system is useless. Having to wait till 8am to phone up only to be in a queue then told no appointments left. 4 months later when I finally get in I’m told I’ve cancer.Did online prescriptions for morphine only to be rejected. Left in pain and almost going cold turkey if it wasn’t for the morphine tablets I have. Absolutely ridiculous. Drs need to look at med history!!!

This practice is a waste of time and space! Hardly ever any appointments available - staff are rude! No customer service at all! No privacy or confidentiality at this practice; staff expect you to describe your problems to them at the counter whilst other members of the public are present.

Worst surgery i have ever joined with throughout my 32 year of my life this has to be one the worst surgeries..no.1 you could never get appointment i understand its hardtimes with Nhs but even when the emegemcy service emailes the doctors and says she need an urgent gp appointment give it to her! They still say to the patient call back 8.30 you call back you will be on waiting number 15.. by the time you get to caller no 1 there is no appointment left but emergency service has already told them via email you need to give her an appointment urgently but they stil wont care they will still say call back 8.30 so you can see their care is very disgusting!

You can't get anyone to answer the telephone I had 11 calls in front of me I held on for 4 hours 47 minutes and still had 1 call in front of me when my cat cut me off. I ordered my prescription by telephone a week later still not got my tablets sent to the chemist. I am 66 years old with high blood pressure a problem with cholesterol I had a nervous breakdown my doctor retired over 5 years ago I was given a new doctor and haven't met them yet. My old doctor saw me every 3 months to keep a check on me this new one not seen them in almost 6 years

I wish I can give you zero star. At morning 8 O clock Always the number does not go through. It says line bus it because they put the receiver on the side so they can't get any calls. After 8 I have tried and everything gone OK. This is 3rd time theses all things happening with me. My 1 years old has chest congestion she could breathe properly and every morning I am trying to get appointment with GP and I am failed.

Disgusting place. Never get an appointment as can never get through to them pisses me right off only gave 1 star as won't let me submit other wise

This practice needs alot of improvementThey take ages answering the phone and then take ages calling you inSome Doctors r very rude especially DR A FARID did not check me properly only took 2 min and I was out says it’s viral infection all the time but ik it’s not
