Avoid like the plague. Absolute con merchants

Having dealt with other architecture practices in the past, Block Architects offer a fantastic quality of service throughout the whole process. They designed my new home with the needs of my family at the heart of it, took me through the planning process, the building warrant process (something I didn't know I even needed) and all the way through to completion.Always there at the end of the phone or email and will definitely be recommending to all of my friends and family.5 stars.

I've used this company twice now and on both occasions the service was outstanding. Kenneth and his team were fantastic from start to finish, super responsive, efficient and helpful. I would highly recommend.

Beware! If you want an architect who can really help you through the planning process do not look to Block. Communication is shocking! They can not think outside the box and often disregard key requirements. Then they won't tell you about discounts and reductions you are due from council fees. When you complain about their lack of service they will withdraw the plans despite you having already paid them. They have created more problems than they have assisted!

DO NOT USE. Absolutely terrible experience with this company. They did not listen at all, done drawings completely wrong! Not what we asked for, even though I'd done a basic rough idea on a app without mearurments. They still went and drew up something different. Then demanded payment for WRONG drawings!!! They did not even offer to rectify their wrong doing!!! Terrible basic communication skills!! No customer service skills! I will be reporting them to trading standards they are basicily robbing people! Expecting payment completely wrong drawings! Do not use them!!!
