Update as per reply:I would like to reiterate as per the managers reply to this review, that I had a single missed call from this salon from a withheld number. No voicemail nor email. Just from the managers defensive response to her reviews should tell you everything you need to know about this interaction. No customer service what so everReally disappointed with this salon today. Appointment booked for a while, received messages reminding me of the appointment the day before. Got there to be told the girl I was booked in with (didn’t have any preference) was unexpectedly not there. I understand these things happen however I received one call from an unknown number in an attempt to inform me. No message, no email and was unable to call the number due to it being unknown. Spent time & effort turning up to an appointment the manageress (?) simply fobbed off and told me there was nothing she could do. Despite the salon being empty. Frankly really disappointing that I was not told this in good time nor anything was done to help me in this situation. She couldn’t have been less bothered really.

I was served by Aimee and had a great hair cut and styling experience. We communicated very well, she listened and understood what I wanted and she did a great job! I would definetely go to Salon Se7en again.

Do not cut hair with them new Turkish guys wors hair cut I see in my life.

It's a true salon so great if you're looking for that kind of thing. Staff aren't friendly however. Wait times for walk ins is long and please don't think that just because they advertise '11 seats' doesn't mean that there's 11 people working at any one time. If you like KISS FM then it's probably up your street as this is blaring out every time I've been. I won't be going back as it's not the barbers experience I'm used to.

Great hair cut every time, highly recommend - best in the area.

Very poor booking management and customer service. I booked for a specific time and arrived at that time. I was told by one of the ladies to sit for a bit and that someone will attend to me shortly. There was one customer being attended and one waiting. In total there were four people “working”, that I could see... In the meanwhile the customer waiting was attended and a new customer arrived earlier for his appointment and was attended before me!!! This is a huge lack of respect. If the business allows bookings it should be able to manage them properly. Four people for three customers, it’s easy to do the maths. After half hour waiting I expressed my disappointment and no one was able to at least apologise. They just stood there looking at me and not a word was said. I will never go back to this saloon. I hope that at least the business learn from this type of unprofessional mistakes. I do not recommend.

Poor service. Last time I had a haircut from this salon -- about a year ago -- they took 10mins and did a careless job. Today I decided to go again and sat there for over half an hour waiting for a haircut...which would be nothing to complain about were it not for the fact that first one, then two, then three of their hairdressers had finished with their clients and were just talking to each other and sweeping up a bit -- and not one of them could be bothered to give me a haircut. Turns out they were all waiting for the one chap still cutting hair -- who to his credit was taking a long time & doing a thorough job -- to finish so that he could give me a haircut. It was only 20 minutes till closing at this point so I left, not wanting to end up with another rushed haircut so that everyone could be out before six o'clock. They get two stars for having clean toilets and a friendly dog.
