Bicycle parking

This parking spot is helpful for short daytime visits to the local coffee shops, Gregg's bakery, or McDonald's opposite the main road.It was a bit concerning to see a bike locked here with missing parts/wheels, not sure if this was left here overnight or abandoned? It's not a good idea to bring a bicycle to Town at night...
