Very good service over the last nine years, installing boiler and servicing it annually.

The service provided was excellent from start to finish and the turnaround from quote to installation was very quick. I was very pleased that the communication from them was very clear and honest so you felt well looked after through the process and the installation was extremely smooth and professional.I would not hesitate to recommend Hallamshire Energy and I will be using them for all future boiler/heating needs.

Hallamshire Energy did a really good job installing a new boiler and gave me clear information to choose what system to have installed and where to place it. They have also have been very helpful with sorting out minor issues after the installation (which did not result from their work but from existing weaknesses in my pipes). Very professional and personal approach, I would recommend them.

Really pleased with the service we got from Hallamshire Energy. Our boiler broke and within three days they had given a quote AND installed a new boiler. Couldn't fault anything and their customer service is excellent. Every member of staff we dealt with was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Installers turned up on time and completed the job without fuss, despite having to work in our freezing cold garage. lWouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

We've just had our yearly boiler service done by Tom from Hallamshire Energy. We were happy with their boiler installation last year so we've decided to have the boiler service done by the same company. As expected we received a top service from start to finish. Joanna kindly booked us a service on Saturday so there was no need for us to take time off work. On the day of the service they've been in touch to keep us posted about their arrival time. The engineer Tom talked us through the service so we knew what was going on step by step. It would be great if all the companies out there could have such a great customer service. We will most certainly use Hallamshire Energy in the future as they have provided the best service we have ever received.

Firstly, I want to send my thanks to the entire team at Hallamshire Energy. I contacted them the morning after my (very old!) boiler broke down. I was anxious to get a replacement fitted as soon as possible, as we were in the middle of a very cold winter storm and I have a young child at home. The team were friendly, informative and attentive at all times. Tom completed a thorough assessment via videocall and we had an engineer booked in to visit within 24 hours. Lewis attended the following morning and did an amazing job, which wasn't made easy by the stubborn old boiler that needed to be removed. We had heating and hot water back that same day. The new system is fantastic and the job was completed to a very high standard. I wouldn't hesitate to use Hallamshire Energy again in future and would highly recommend!

The service I received was amazing. There was great communication on the phone so they helped us understand all the different options and how everything will work. They even recommended what would be best for us rather than the most expensive options. They were very fast with the new boiler installation and they even helped me to temporarily fix the old boiler in the meantime which was really nice. The guy who installed the new boiler was really professional, friendly and helpful and he cared about hygiene, e.g. wore shoe covers and suggested that he use the back door so he will not have to walk around the house. I would highly recommend them.

Unbelievably good service. Everything from the initial phone call from Joanna to discuss our options, through to the visit to quote for the work, and the actual installation with Chris was just brilliant. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Great value. And a free service for recommending a friend. Very happy with our experience using Hallamshire Energy.

From first contacting Hallamshire Energy I knew I was dealing with professionals . Joanna was fantastic, always friendly, very knowledgeable and kept me up to date with every aspect of our new boiler being fitted. Tom came out to do the survey and talked me through everything , he was so efficient and explained things to me in a way that I could understand easily. I knew this was the company to fit our new boiler. The engineers who came on the day to fit the boiler did a marvellous job , we now have a great new boiler.
