Had a wonderful experience with Jardines of London, they sold us our house and both Stella and Kayleigh were so helpful and honest throughout. They were quick to reply and action anything that was needed, great communicators whilst also being friendly and lovely to deal with. They definitely made the whole experience less stressful than it could have been.

Great service. As rentals go, this has by far been the smoothest one I've had in a while. Stella is accessible, easy to communicate with and her friendly approach whilst dealing with your queries, provides the reassurances you need as a tenant. Would definitely recommend Jardines of London.

I can't fault the service and professionalism Stella provides! Each time I have reached out with an issue, one of her tradespeople arrives and resolves it straight away. It has been a real pleasure renting through her over the last year or so!

Very pleased with the service and help from Stella and her team at Jardines from start (viewing the property prior to marketing it) to finish (securing a tenant and coordinating the check-in come moving-in date). Would definitely recommend Stella and her team at Jardines to other landlords looking for a refreshingly honest and transparent approach to property management.

A truly amazing service, would definitely recommend. It’s the first time in 11 years of renting in London we have had a positive experience. Stella has been so helpful and is always accommodating and responsive to any issues, you can tell she cares about the tenants and their experience at the flat. After so many bad renting experiences where the owners and agents neglect issues and concerns, it has been lovely to find a company who make it so smooth and we’ve really enjoyed renting with jardines for the past few years.
