UK Custom Covers

Very very poor customer service!! I have bought seat covers and floor mats from them before and had no issues with the product. However I recently got a new Transit Custom and the seat covers strap burst on drivers side and floor mats don’t fit properly or have the knockout holes to fix them to the floor!! Avoid at all costs. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a replacement seat cover!

Got a half cover for my SL55 AMG. They delivered to Dubai within a few days. Very professional company. The cover is a perfect fit and keeps the sun off my interior which is a must in desert sun.

Purchased a laser sailing dinghy cover, went back to the boat the other day and despite the cover only being used for about 9months if you touched it your finger went through it. Messaged them and sent photos and they admitted it must be ‘faulty’ but since it was 7days past 12 months they would not do anything about it and ‘could not help me any further’. Shoddy cover makers that obviously don’t expect their cover to last more than a year. Fine if you want to spend £65 odd quid a year on a cover, but better off going somewhere good in the long run.

Laser cover....... shockingly poor product, was in use less than 6 months and ripped all over. Even though bought less than a year ago Custom covers say there is no guarantee !!!!!! Spend a little more on something from a company that actually know how to make something suitable for it's use.Update in response to UK Custom covers.....it is still a shockingly poor product not fit for it's purpose and that is from from years of experience in the industry !!!!

Ordered and received a cover for my VW T4 camper/day van back in September 2022.Paid £84.95 Inc VAT. I will be honest and say I wasn't expecting much from the cover as it was the cheapest I found online. Other cover companies were asking £150+, £200+ for covers and my thinking was that with it being so cheap, that it wouldn't hold up to heavy downpours.Well, I live in Devon, and the last 6 weeks has seen us deal with some absolute downpours. I'm not just talking the odd downpour, I'm talking serious, rain with flooding in some areas, it's been biblical. The cover has stood up to the rain and then some. My van has remained bone dry.The cover is fantastic. Easy to fit over the van. Rugged material. It doesn't state the mm of rain it can take but I'm going to guess and say 20,000mm plus. I'm also impressed at how quick it dries.I think my wife is getting bored with me now as I'm on repeat with saying how good the cover is and how shocked I am at how well its holding up to the elements.As for the company itself. Easy online order, all straight forward. Very prompt emails with delivery notices. Very prompt delivery also.I highly recommend UK Custom Covers. Bought a laser cover from them in June 2022. By April 2023 it was already tearing. It had been left on over the winter with boat unused. By October after summer sailing it was tearing in lost of places. The front edge just tore off. One of the straps came apart where attached. Previous brand cover lasted over 5 years.

Ordered a boot cover off of ebay for my Mondeo estate, very quick delivery but at the same time I didnt realise I was only 20 minutes down the road from HQ. Its a perfect fit way better than what I thought it would have been, covers all areas even the little awkward areas. I always find myself ending up with dirty things in the boot and hate having a messy car so its very good protection for my boot and easy to remove to clean and refit while the original carpets and panels stay spotless. The velcro holds really well. It proved its worth the other day after a muddy trip to Diddly Squat Farm with a pram!! I can't speak for fitments in other cars but in terms of quality and fit of my car I would definitely recommend

Purchased a cover for my 1987 VW T3 and absolutely chuffed with it. Fits perfectly…. So far so good.

Truly awful. Boot cover arrived without any velcro so not possible to attach to the car. I contacted them and asked for velcro, 5 days later no sign of it. So I have an utterly useless item. Shambolice
