Card payments have to be £5 or over even though the charge and minimum limit is abolished by law. No official notice from like the company (Printed Sign) or from their bank saying, only written in black marker on a piece of paper. Sign isn't clearly visible as you come into the store. I've visited this place for years. Never had this issue before. But I won't be returning to the store. Not everyone carries cash on them.

Tried to put a min charge in place for card payments. The law changed in 2019 making this illegal. When I pointed this out the woman said 'well, you dont have to shop here' there was also no social distancing measures in place, staff not wearing masks or gloves etc. Whole place a bit shabby. Avoid and go to the Premier newsagents down the road

Very rude staff, everything seems like it’s too much trouble when it comes to posting parcels. Lots of huffing and puffing, eye rolling and slamming labels onto boxes. Asking for a receipt makes you feel like a criminal. Avoid sending any parcels via this store! Shocking “service”. God forbid if you disrupt them whilst they are watching shows on their phone and drinking green tea. You are made to feel like an inconvenience from start to finish. If you don’t like sending parcels, don’t offer the service! Simple. More of an inconvenience store than convenience store! AVOID AVOID AVOID!
