Lovely ambiance for a test centre. Very polite and helpful members of staff

Staff are very professional and helping with language issue.

Very well organised, staff very friendly n polite and make you feel relaxed. For those coming in to the city centre on a motorbike there's solo motorbike parking at bottom of the same street(West Nile St) - can take about 8 bikes.

Was here to take my theory test. The environment and staff are courteous and professional.

Easy to find, friendly but professional staff, made a stressful process straightforward.

No any support helper with interpretation slovakia any help with test just voice it's very hard I don't pass 3 times

Well what can I say it a proper test centre will check you out to make sure your not cheating in anyway you get your results after your test has been completed

Undertook my theory test on 26/5/23 3pm. All staff were lovely apart from one lady who was incredibly passive aggressive and rude. I would say she was in her 50s, dark brown shoulder length hair, and was wearing a dress.I arrived bang on my test time instead of 15 mins before as my train was delayed. I arrived slightly flustered but had all necessary documents . The lady was incredibly rude from the get go , gave me dirty looks, was not friendly and gave orders in an aggressive tone. It was very bizarre and I can't help but wonder what the reason was for such poor customer service (prejudice or annoyed I arrived just on time).The security check in particular was very innapropriate, she demanded I remove my hijab, even though I was already doing that. And when I repeated my name as instructed, she responded aggressively what was that" and screwed up her face. Its not at all the environment I would think staff would foster
