Don't read that last review. These people are great. I've used there services time and time again over decades on all manner of jewellery and watches. They have so much knowledge and will bend over backwards to help anyone. Very fare on price and lovely people. Definitely recommended.

Fantastic service and beyond helpful. In a bid to avoid the eyewatering cost of sending my watch back to Cartier for a bracelet repair, I took it to HJ Johnson. The watch was repaired in a matter of days (Cartier timetable is typically 6-8 weeks - just to replace a battery). As to the cost - it's no exaggeration to say that Ruth and her team have saved me hundreds of pounds.

Amazing service - called in on Saturday- didn’t have exactly what I wanted (but lots of close alternatives). Offered to order exactly what I wanted without any obligation to buy. Collected today - cheaper than originally quoted and beautifully boxed and packaged. Perfect reminder of why we should shop local when we can and support small businesses.
