Staff are brain dead. Not helpful or knowledgable about their role. Disappointed with the quality of customer service. Needless to say I’ll be boycotting the company entirely because of their failings

Honestly, I was expecting to walk in and grab a pair of doc martens just before christmas and was not expecting the amazing service I got.The young girl, Millie, who served me was fantastic. She was bubbly, personable, and very helpful.I came out of that shop with another purchase that I was umming and aring about that Millie helped me make a decision, and it was a good one.A really lovely service, as if they had all their focus on me despite it being a busy holiday season.Just overall well done to all the staff there, and the easy to use systems with ordering and everything, came out of the store with a smile on my face.
