SCAM BUSINESS! I have been waiting over a month to receive an order and have contacted them via email and Instagram dm to which I have not received any responses. At this point I would like a refund, as it seems they are unable to deliver what they sell. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable to taking customers money and ignoring them. Will be contacting my bank!

No one told me it was delayed due to backlog.I was told till the last min that it will be delivered on 28th.And your usual time? When I placed the order I was told personalised stuff takes 2 to 3 weeks.About replying to me. Then replying to me saying you will look into it and then not getting back . To me it is not responding.You dont understand. It was somone else's special event. And I left with nothing to give to my niece.

I had an order placed on the 6th of July and i was told it was delayed because of someone getting Covid-19.I keep messaging for updates and its now mid October waiting months for a response. I order a necklace for a special event and I got left with no reply and had no time to get a replacement.No one should be treated like this.

Ordered from this website a few months ago however the chain was too long. Emailed the customer service since chain was too long and they said theyll provide me a new chain if I paid for postage.Since then all instagram messages have been ignored. No reply to any emails - the customer service has been awful and I can’t believe my chain still hasnt been sent.

Placed my order on the 26th Jan and still haven’t received anything a month later. No email with estimated dispatch - customer service is awful. Numerous calls to the number on their website with no answer, insta DMs remain unanswered.Their website states it takes 12-14 days to dispatch orders and 2-4 working days for delivery but my order has been way over those timeframes with no communication. Highly recommend not buying from this company, I feel like I have been scammed!
