Great place for everything pets. They have a great variety of food, treats and other items like bedding, crates for dogs and other pets, and we visit regularly to pick up treats for our two labs. The staff are always helpful and provide excellent advice if needed.First class pet store, would highly recommend.

Had a great experience visiting here recently. I was looking for a brand of wet dog food from the US, called Canidae and the patient and helpful assistant was able to suggest some excellent alternatives like Zealandia pate, which my Greek kokoni Happy loves, as well as some tasty Tribal kibble she actually chews and doesn't just swallow whole. The food can be pricey but I know they are grain and/or gluten free and stock a vast range of much healthier options over cheaper brands. For me, it's worth paying extra. The free samples are a fab idea so you can get an idea of the size of the kibble and if your dog likes them before buying. And I always weigh Happy here and she loves the free doggy snacks too. I highly recommend them.

The staff in this branch are remarkably well-trained. Every single person I've spoken with there has been knowledgable about the products and about animal care in general and generous with their time and advice. As first-time pet-owners, we've much appreciated their help and much enjoy visiting the shop, which has a great range of healthy petfoods and accessories. Thoroughly recommend!

Great pet shop bought a replacement cat flap that was an exact one as the original cost me £31 anglia windows wanted a£110 for the same thing well done.
