Just had a spa day package for my pregnant wife and I as a treat before baby arrives and couldn't fault it. Two treatments each and an excellent and very filling lunch in the hotel. Great value for money and couldn't have had a better day. Thank you to all the staff.

I had a beautiful relaxing Indian head massage with Emily ,whilst my husband had a back neck and shoulder massage with Rachel.Very enjoyable and would recommend highly to anyone who would like pampering.I also had a lovely mini pedicure today with Emily also.Very professional and smart appearance a great asset to a gorgeous hotel

My daughter and I used the spa for 2 days whilst we were residents this April. Not only were the sauna, jacuzzi, pool, hanging seats, steam room and outdoor pool fabulous…the treatment space and relaxation room were wonderful. Staff were all so kind and gentle and quiet and calming. An individual shout out to Emily. She was lovely. Helpful, advisory, really knew her stuff, so so kind and attentive in delivering treatments. She made me feel really special and she was focussed on me and making me feel rested and relaxed. What a gem of a place and magnificent team member.

After a busy week I was in need of a Spa Day! As soon as we stepped in the door I felt more relaxed already. The Decleor facial I had was lovely, I may have drifted off to sleep a few times! The lunch in the hotel was tasty and the facilities were very clean. We all felt the price was very reasonable for what you get. Lovely Day all round!

My friend and I had a pamper day, it was good value.The treatments were great. Jenna really helped my tired back and shoulders and brought back movement.The whole place is fab. Really well thought out gym and pool hot tubs are great.The decor is calm and to a high standard throughout.Lighting tiles all look great and very clean.Great experience and we will definitely return.Thanks to Tracy for all the organising.And to Jenna and Nicky for wonderful treatments. X
