Ordered a serrated darby, reasonable price and arrived in good time and in good packaging. However there was a manufacturing defect on the serrated edge. Raised dispute via Paypal, they tried to send a replacement however DPD messed about. Eventually O'Neill gave up on DPD and issued a refund.

I have to say the staff are very polite and knowledgeable. The range of tools of the shelf are excellent. There is a wide range of PPE for any line of work. Well impressed. If you are passing definitely worth calling in.

Cannot express enough how much I appreciate the way my tools were packed and delivered, many companies (not mentioning names) do not take the extra care to make sure straight edges are delivered STRAIGHT!
