Fantastic after service, I had some windows and doors fitted over five years ago. When my tenant had a problem with the locking system and could not get in to the property as I was away on holiday, I phoned them and they responded immediately. Would highly recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic, James and his team worked tirelessly on a very difficult project and pulled out all the stops to be finished on time. Fantastic service, windows and doors look great! The whole team are were a pleasure to deal with. Tidied up when they finished leaving me only the job of admiring their workmanship. Highly recommend CWS if you're thinking of having windows, doors or a conservatory installed, you won't be disappointed!

CWS fitted external fire doors" which appear to be normal domestic doors adapted with emergency escape mechanisms. The doors have warped within 2 years of fitting and one has virtually come off its hinges which they are trying to blame the wind for and say is therefore not covered by warranty! They also say the doors are not intended for pedestrian access despite being fitted with external levers and locks. Their post sale support and customer service has been abysmal

Went here to organise a front door fitting on a Wednesday. After looking at the doors and deciding upon one, the representative stated he would have a quote ready by Friday. After a number of phone calls we are still waiting and told they were too busy. Quite simple - don't promise a quote when there is no intention of giving one. I have found an alternative company. Thanks CWS for wasting my time.

After several fruitless attempts to get viable quotes and, at times, even interest in our project from other companies, CWS gave us a sensible quote and more importantly, the reassurance that our conservatory roof could be replaced. We needed to replace a very large (6m x 4m) all-glass roof which had begun to leak routinely in the heavier rainshowers.Whilst the post-Covid supply chain put a very long delay into the time between Sales Order and Start Date, the team that arrived were highly professional, knew absolutely what they were doing, and worked like Trojans. We were very fortunate with the weather, and the job was completed, with the snaggings, in about 7 working days. The Guardian Warmlife roof has transformed our conservatory giving it a much smaller and more stable ambient temperature range - and it looks fantastic inside & out, with the two skylightsThe one downside to CWS is its customer communication process, which really needs some work ! Was hard at times to get any sense of project timeline and start date. If they rectify this, then we would have judged to have had a near-perfect client experience.Would thoroughly recommend this company for its quality of work, and value for money.

After having a poor experience with another company we tried CWS for a small job. This was the replacement of an ensuite window. CWS were friendly and the fitters were first class. There was no quibble when we noticed that there was a mark in between the panes of class in the triple glazed sealed unit. Another pane was ordered and the unit was replaced with no issues. Highly recommended and we will use them again.
