Cera was responsible for my brother’s care. They provided an excellent service by giving excellent continuity of care. The regular carer Mick had was exceptional (sending a big shout out to Sally who was Passionate about her job, professional, caring, Empathetic. Experienced and confident, reliable & dedicated, I could go on, just such an amazing, person ) that gave Mick Hanley a better quality of life. Thankyou so so much !!

Really bad service always changing times.didnt get showers or own choices for clothing snappy disrespectful wouldn't recommend

Absolutely diabolical service - had so many problems with this agency. Sending carers that are not trained to use equipment - massive safeguarding issues I will be raising with CQC. Ongoing issues with carers coming at wrong times and not being able to complete simple tasks. Will be moving care company!Maybe if you paid your carers above minimum wage it would help!

Absolutely diabolical standards of care from one or two carers. One in particular had been visiting my elderly mother for the best part of 18 months had never showered her and when 'spot checked' (and I use this term loosely) she was told she was being spot checked! No empathy or respect what so ever.On several occasions my mum was waiting for a carer to arrive post her allocated time and rarely did they stay for the correct amount of time.The rota changed constantly and so my mum did not always know who to expect and when they did arrive they were always in a hurry as not given time to get to their next client

I became a client of Cera early this year and not having been down this road before I was somewhat concerned about what this change would mean to me. However, I can only say what a superb experience it has become.My carers are excellent and nothing is too much trouble. Becki and her team are always pleasant to talk to and very extremely helpful.
