Never open and have rung and left messages

Very disappointing experience this afternoon whilst trying to buy a ‘something old’ brooch for my best friends wedding day. I found a delicate one and sent a pic to my friend who loved it and tried to buy-it the lady told me she had noticed a tiny stone had a crack in so she couldn’t sell it. I explained it was barely noticeable and still wanted it. The owner told me she would be getting a new stone in it and the price would now be a lot more. I agreed to pay more for this to be done at any cost as my friend loved it but The owner said I couldn’t reserve it. When asking again if I could buy it ‘sold as seen’ I was then told it was not for sale any more. Very disappointed in this especially when trying to support a local business and still don’t understand why I couldn’t buy it-very strange attitude.

We are so glad to have visited this shop. It is filled with treasures. We bought a vase and two candle holders, and will definitely come back to buy more chairs, mirrors, etc.
