Very friendly helpful service...the fireworks from this company are the best value for money iv come across, loud and impressive!Norman personally helped me by adding my second order and posting before he managed to contact me, trusting in me to pay for second order... Great guy!I will definitely be a regular customer and recommend to anyone the trident rockets! BOOM!!!

Fantastic company and service. I placed my order for collection over the weekend on the website which was effortless and simple, especially with their great example videos of each firework so you know exactly what you’re paying for. I went and collected today and both the guys that assisted were really helpful and informative when looking for a few extras to add on. To top it off he helped me carry the order and put it in my boot. Great service, great price, and I won’t hesitate to recommend them to friends & family. Thanks.

This company is by far the best business I have dealt with in years. The chap I have now met twice (I am sorry I do not know your name) is amazing. I went into the Chatham shop a couple of weeks ago and he helped me choose some fireworks, he explained everything and in fact he designs the fireworks. His knowledge was impressive, but not as impressive as his desire to keep his customers happy. This morning I placed an order on the website for delivery. Fully expecting it to not arrive until Friday and even prepared that it may come after the weekend, I know how busy they must be. So I would say I made the order at about 10am, I have just taken delivery of the order on the same day less than 12 hours later and it was delivered by this same chap. He apologised for the late hour but he is out making sure that customers are getting their fireworks in time for the big night. I was amazed and to top it off, he even recognised me from a couple of weeks back. It is no wonder this company has been running successfully for a long time.I simply cannot recommend Ghengis Fireworks highly enough, this is the place to go for anybody looking for high quality fireworks with a customer service attitude to match.

Awesome place. Staffin store where wonderful, so friendly and welcoming. They have great knowledge of the stock and can help you out with what you want or need. A nice variety of fireworks and reasonable price. 2nd year visiting will be back

Amazing fireworks and an amazing service.I had issues with my PayPal account yet the staff were amazing and were able to sort the fireworks out for me that day and they were delivered the next day.The quality of the fireworks were superb. We used them for our wedding as a finale for the evening and they were perfect for the occasion. Big, loud and colorful, exactly what we wanted.Highly recommended

It was my first time buying fireworks and I myself am a nervous person, and everyone was really friendly and helpful. I explained that we were doing fireworks from home as my husband has PTSD , and one of my children is autistic, and they gave me helpful hints and tips to making using fireworks and sparklers as enjoyable as possible. They told me about looking on their site to watch the videos of the products, and I love that they all have noise level indicators too, so that really helped me choose my products. I would recommend Ghengis to my friends and family after a great shopping experience there. Bonus points because they complimented my very cool backpack :)

Recently purchased memorial fireworks (rockets) from Genghis. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when my elderly mum came to the shop on her own to make the purchase. Can’t thank them enough.Also just like to say prices of the memorial rockets at Genghis much much more affordable than other companies on line.

First time I’ve ordered from this company and won’t be ordering from them again. Says 24 hour delivery (not guaranteed) but ordering on Monday you would expect them to arrive before Friday. No dispatch notification, had to ring twice to chase the order, man on phone was quite rude saying 24 delivery is not guaranteed and there was no tracking available which I thought was very bad for £30. I spent a long time watching the videos of the fireworks and the rocket I chose was not the same one in the video, very disappointing!
