Banks Roofing Surrey & Hampshire

I live in Lightwater and like to use local tradespeople where at all possible. I contacted Carl at Banks Roofing Ltd as l had a problem with my roof and also needed removal of moss that had built up over recent years. We arranged a day and time for him to visit and Carl and a member of his team arrived on the day and on time and l explained what the problem was and what l needed to be done. Carl explained that the his costs would include the cost of scaffolding which l thought it would. I agreed the price with Carl and he firstly arranged for the scaffolding to be installed. The job took a little longer to complete but through no fault of Carl and his team who were great. Unfortunately as soon as the scaffolding had been erected the weather took a turn for the worst and we had a week or so of rain which put thing’s behind.I am pleased with the completed work done and the work ethic of Carl and his team. I would have no hesitation in recommending Banks Roofing Ltd or using them again in the future.

Carl was excellent and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From our first contact he was courteous and professional and explained clearly what had to be done to renew a flat roof which had basically just worn out. Work started when he said it would and despite being rained off halfway through the first day he finished on time. He provided photos showing each stage of the works. Everything was left clean and tidy on completion. I can only thank him and his work colleagues for doing such a great job.

5 Star Service! Carl was very responsive after my initial enquiry. He came to do the quote when he said he would. He sent the quote to me quickly and it was a very reasonable price and very clear and informative. We chose him to do the work because of the price and how responsive he was to deal with. He kept me updated with when he was coming to do the work, even telling me he was a little delayed on the day of the work. Carl and and his nephew were courteous, knowledgeable and reliable while they worked. The work they did was done to a high standard and on time. I would highly recommend Banks Roofing. Finding trustworthy professionals can be difficult, especially when you lack experience or knowledge in the specific area where you require assistance. Therefore, I took a risk and enlisted the help of Carl for fixing a leaking chimney, which required new flashing and repointing. I must say that Carl exceeded my expectations. After the storm in February Carl came to my property to check the missing tiles and make my roof water tight. He turned up when he said he would and did the job. He gave me a detailed quote to replace the very large roof.He completed the job in good time. He took lots of photos and sent them to me to show me the progress as I don’t do heights so wouldn’t climb the ladder!!All the guys working at my property were very polite and worked well as a team.I consequently had to have the extension roof replaced and the quote was very very fair.I would and indeed have recommended Carl several times for his workmanship.He is trustworthy in my opinion and he turns up when he says he will which we all know is not guaranteed with workmen.

Lovely team who totally repaired my roof. Always done with great courtesy and professionalism. Great teamwork - they work exceptionally well with copious amounts of tea and chocolate digestives especially in colder weather. ;)To be recommended.
